Our approach to

an evolving profession

Through the course of our professional careers we have completed many interesting, challenging, and professionally rewarding projects alongside many great people. Through time, expectations of our profession have evolved to reflect heightened appreciation of good environmental outcomes, financial drivers, safety, and quality. Our industry will continue to evolve, improve, and develop and at Orogen we are focused on maintaining currency to then translate this evolution to new efficiencies from these advancements to our clients.

Health and Safety

At Orogen we advocate a workplace culture of proactive and cooperative culture with Health and Safety. Our Health and Safety Plan is established in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and can be viewed and discussed with us. Fulfilling the role of design engineers is an important role in the community. We often consider the outcomes of our design details, to where possible, adjust and improve these details to arrive at a safer solution for construction and end users of our design.

Our approach to Quality

As professionals we take pride in delivering outcomes that are technically sound and fit for purpose. We have an open culture of professional development and one of technical challenge. Key steps in a delivery process enable these forums that ensure that designs are progressively checked, documented, and issued to ensure that our outcomes are achieved. Our business systems of Workflow Max and 12d Synergy enable transparency in our project assignment and document management and these can be easily audited for compliance with our quality process.
