Orogen is the Land Development Consultant for this medium density 149 Lot brownfields development in Whitby. Detailed design, approvals, and compliance were obtained by Orogen and administered through the first stage of development in 2016 and 2017 that delivered 57 Lots.


The work involved detailed design for earthworks including integrating with liquefaction ground improvement solutions by the geotechnical consultants, erosion and sediment control design, roading and services design, integrating Architectural designs for all new house sites for access, walling, and consents, arranging and integrating all utility services’ designs, supervision of all works, Contract administration of all works, and all Compliance certifications to enable new Titles.


Services continue for this project with Earthworks continuing on Stage 2 – 4 in the summer of 2018/2019, roading and services continuing on Stage 2 and Stage 3, part of this stage is the 140m realignment of Duck Creek and the third 18m span bridge.
