Orogen is the Land Development Consultant for this medium density 120 Lot brownfield development in Whitby. Detailed design, approvals, and compliance were obtained by Orogen and administered through the first stage of development in 2016 and 2017 that delivered 51 Lots. The work involved detailed design for earthworks including removal of 80,000m3 of unsuitable soils to Cleanfill. Orogen completed the design of the Cleanfill, including access and all sediment control systems as part of the project, erosion and sediment control design, roading and services design, arranging and integrating all services design, supervision of all works, Contract administration of all works, and all Compliance certifications to enable new Titles.

Services continue for this project with Earthworks continuing on Stage 2 & 3 in the summer of 2018/2019, roading and services continuing on Stage 2, and the 600m realignment of Wellington Water’s Inlet watermain to the James Cook Reservoir (main Whitby supply) scheduled for December and January.
