Summerset on the Landing is a new retirement village located within a new Porirua subdivision, Kenepuru Landing. Orogen has been engaged by Summerset to provide professional surveying services associated with construction set out on the development.
Orogen’s team of surveyors have been involved ensuring that new structures are constructed plumb and square by providing set out to assist the building team with line and level. Orogen utilises modern robotic surveying instruments to deliver dimensionally accurate and precise results.
As well as assisting with the control of vertical multi-storey builds, our surveyors have also been working alongside the residential builders setting out 2- and 3-bedroom villas across the site.
