Orogen provided detailed master planning advice for a landowner in the new Tara Ika development area in Levin. Complex infrastructure master planning was necessary to establish sound development policies and objectives with Orogen providing technical advice to the planning Commissioners for Horowhenua District Council.
In 2023 earthworks commenced with Orogen providing Land Development leadership for the commencement of the first 200 lots in Tara Ika. This master planned development requires integrated multidiscipline design coordination and Orogen uses the latest technologies to collaborate across these modelling platforms. Best practice principles are employed with water sensitive urban design features provided for at source and through the sensitive catchments.
